Families should consider this hotel

The reception staff was friendly, especially Ana, Carlos, and Paulo. The lobby area smells good. You walk in and it feels refreshing already! The beds in the Family Double Room were also very comfy, like sleeping on clouds. And honestly, the breakfast? Great, with a variety that was actually satisfying.

It wasn’t the least expensive option out there, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what you get.

The lobby's spaciousness and comfortable sofas provided a lovely space to unwind after a day exploring. It was convenient to navigate without having to tackle steep stairs, making it easier for seniors like me to enjoy our stay.

Better soundproofing would enhance the experience significantly.

Had a lovely stay with my granddaughter. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Estoril Golf Club. We enjoyed the clean rooms and the comfortable beds. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh coffee and a variety of options to choose from.

Varying levels of soundproofing result in disturbances from neighboring rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The lack of a restaurant for evening meals is a letdown, as well as the absence of balcony furniture to enjoy the views. While breakfast had decent options, the overall selection felt basic and lacked variety.

I had a pleasant stay with a lovely room that featured a charming balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and while the breakfast was basic, it filled me up for the day ahead. Try nearby restaurants for a true Lisbon dining experience.

This place was an excellent fit for getting around Lisbon with a great price-to-value ratio. Breakfast had lovely hot bacon and scrambled eggs that I really enjoyed. Don't expect a fancy pool. it's quite small and rundown.
